I hate to complicate the calculations but you have made no mention of
expenses so are your estimates gross or net?
I think that the Cost rent scheme is a shackle around our ankles that will
stop any widespread move to leaving the NHS as we would have to charge more
than most of our patients would be willing to pay (?or able). The total cost
for our services must include the fixed costs of staff and premises (and
pension).

At a minimum, cut-price, bargin-basement consultation at, say, £20;
I see 28 patients a day, 5 days a week, 44 weeks a year (I am being
generous and won't charge for holidays!). That makes exactly £123,200.00
per year.
This is where I am starting from.
