The Exeter Commissioning Group has a website, which needs some
content - the executive seem to have taken to keeping their minutes
close to their chests...
The mid Devon Commissioning Group currently lead by the gurus of
commissioning Dr Michael Dixon and Dr David Jenner propose to have
public meetings.

Half of the Exeter area superstructure regard the CHCs as useful
orgs to accomplish this, and the other half wish to keep secrets
from them incase their knowing something leads to their opinion
