Hang on, is this not the wrong way round?
Does the commissioning group not run its own business?

Surely you should be holding management meetings in two ways:-
1. During working hours in person
Running the service is a proper use of doctor time
Use the co-op to cover an extra session so that everyone can go
except a couple of volunteers to man the centre.
2. Virtually - by e-mail and web funded by the commissioning group.
thus demonstrating an increase in service provision due to modern
comms, increased openness etc etc.
A very high proportion of the time spent in these meetings is wasted
by people reading from notes which could better have been exposed or
distributed for comment.
