We are scuppered - the government changes the game, some of us see
advantages to playing (first FH, now PCG) - local notoriety, power,
boredom, a desire to do good etc so the profession is seen to run with
it - and if you don't fit in - unlucky.
When do we stop, look and say - what is good for our patients, what is
good for the profession?
Is this too dim a view?
