sorry ahmad, the days of power (spending public money) without responsibility
(are you giving value for money and spending it wisely) are long over. Under a
PCG you WILL be held accountable, whwther you like it or not. It is no longer
acceptable to say "I'm the doctor and I'll do what I like" and expect people
to take you seriously.

Of course, the message from the top is pro-GP! This is called
buttering up so that we walk into it hoodwinked and smiling. That's
*exactly* what 'the top' want to achieve! Do you get it?
