The Marriott Hotel is opposite the then legendary 'Gezira Club' where I
spent the best part of my youth!

You might even get to sample the 'Risk hospitality' on native soil :-)

The Regional Information Technology & Software Engineering Center
(RITSEC), the Regional Information Technology Institute (RITI), under
the auspices of the Internet Society of Egypt are organizing Cainet’98
the third Internet Conference & Exhibition. 

The Conference will offer an opportunity to hear results of the latest
research, case studies and experiences in the field of Internet,
Internetworking, and information technology, and to identify areas for
further research, and possible means of joint cooperation.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
· Doing Business on the Net
· Internet Technology Frontiers
· Internet & Education
· Global Internet: Legal & Policy issues
· Internet Users-centered Issues
· Internet & Golbalizations

SPEAKERS 
Contributors are requested to submit a copy of an abstract of about 250
words to the conference secretariat. The authors' name, organization and
the complete mailing address with phone and fax numbers and e-mail
address should be typed on a separate sheet. The papers will be selected
on the basis of the quality and relevance to the conference theme. All
documents should be sent by 25th January 1998 to the Conference
secretariat. (Electronic submissions are encouraged).

Speakers in the Conference will benefit from 3 invitations for the
opening session, and 2 invitations for the whole Conference, and a slot
of 30 minutes daily for company presentations.
