Ahmad.., I honestly don't believe there will be any difference between a
PCG and the HA. For the next 5 years at least the PCG's are going to be
lumbered with the policies and contracts of the HA, even assuning that
your "allocated" PCG is forward enough to warrant stage II status. The
only difference you should notice is that you will find the journey to
the desk you wish to thump will be shorter, and the "suit" behind the
desk will have more insight into General Practice than heretofore!
Get on with General Practice, and ignore the politico's. I bet you
don't see any difference for ages, and any changes you do see will be
for the better.
