We use standard DTP (on an old Acorn) and get a local printing firm
to do the donkey work from the laser copy. Costs about a hundred
quid a year.
For newletters, Patient's Charter etc., where more flexibility is
required its a penny a photocopy and receptionists practicing
tri-fold origami in their quieter moments.
And no adverts ;-)
Trims.
