When you actually look at the finished product, you'll notice that it
is, (a) very tacky, and, (b) so full of mediocre ads that you can't
see the wood for the trees.

I do mine with Serif DTP and print off of an HP laser. The layout is
such that the A4 sheet is printed on both sides then tri-folded.
I even haveimages in it that I change from time to time, for example,
a Papa Noel for Xmas and so on.
The reception ladies fold the thing during quiet moments and nag me to
print off some more when we run out. A tri-fold is all that is required,
given that very few people will actually read or keep your treasured
opus :-)
It's cheap. It looks good. It's flexible. It does the job.
