I think the implication is more that we (as the owners and in my
case sole proprietor/s) have organisations in which this has
occurred, and this is likely to be related to our intention though
not of course accomplished solely by our efforts.
Esprit de corps is a more powerful motivating force, and more
durable in adversity than a financial interest in the outcome, but
we certainly have the latter - to an extent nobody else in the
system has.
We are sensible enough for the most part - a previous GP in my
practice, and failed Conservative candidate is an exception - to
prize and nurture esprit de corps.
The question is, what will the corps be and what stake will our
shares be exchanged for?
