I have had exactly the same problem, including once on Christmas Eve,
which meant that I could not pick up my mail (and thus clear the
message) until returning to work (and Pegasus) after New Year. I
thought it was only me!
I use Outlook at home also, and it does seem to be very picky about
addressing and sender details, rejecting anything that doesn't match
exactly. So it's probably not Jon really - but Bill Gates. Any
Microsoft lurkers out there?
