Ha! The stuff had been filed by our practice manager.
Without any thought about my own personal safety, I have designed a
template, with bells and er, whistles.
Now what?

Subject: EMIS-CHD risk calculator
I read recently that EMIS has added a 'CHD risk calculator' to their
software, based on the Frammingham data.
Advert mode:
Yawn, wrote one over 4 years ago, and it includes a stroke risk
calculator as well.
Ok it's very basic, works in DOS (compiled Quick Basic), has no
database, but prints out stuff on blank side of FP10 to give to
patient. *Very* fast.
Problem is it is over 250k all in so emailing is impracticable.
Instructions on multitasking with windows/unix included.
Anyone interested email me privately, can send disk on not-for-profit
basis: £5.
