No you are quite right. Just never thought of that way. If we are not
careful we will have to write to the patient three times with ALL their
results and then follow up with a visit by the HV if they still can't be
bothered to phone.
Was there not a journalist using this free focus group (Mandelson would be
green with envy) to tell us that patients all have a right to know. Where
does he feel we should draw the line at informing patients if they can't be
a*s*d to reply to letters?
