Every EMIS practice was sent a manual explaining the rationale and use of
the Frammingham score and an article by a doctor regarding its use in his
practice. This was distributed as part of EMIS in Practice - the near
monthly mailer to all sites. It would appear that this either not getting
to the appropriate users/ignored/filed.
