A cut-out hole in the desk with the screen 'sunk in' at an angle
(Paxman-like), 20 degrees off line of eye contact with subject.
There are 1-2 firms who build this kind of desk. A good carpenter can do
it for you if you don't want to buy new, unless desk is Louis XIIII.
