Wouldn't that apply to all the systems currently available (more or
less)?
Have you ever asked yourself one simple question? Why do all these
systems require such a massive helpdesk/support behind them(even though
they are the butt of most complaints)?
The message is this: we need standard, cheap and off the shelf
technology built on open systems. Period.
Anything else is a con.
Now, repeat after me: standard, cheap, off the shelf....
