I had a patient with exactly the same, even down to the age. I said RBBB is
often nornal.
Next year, for 200 plus pounds they added in an exercise ECG +ve.(plus the
200 for the screen incl more LFT's, ECG, TFT's, cholesterol, FBC, PSA...ad
nauseum.
Thought I had blown it. Saw the cardiologist, had an angiogram (patients
insistant) only to find all normal so the +ve. exercise was something to do
with repolarisation.
Big bucks for all (but me).
Does anyone have a good word for these private screenings. I spend hours
sorting them out.
