The only situation where it is significant and asymptomatic is with ASD---I
think! But I think that anyone with a significant ASD would have symptoms
at that age and that even a doctor several years removed from front-line
clinical practice would pick it up clinically.
This is yet another chapter in the long-running BUPA screening saga and I
wonder if the time has come to report doctors who do what that guy just did
to the GMC performance review panel?
