A possible 'solution' to this kind of verbal tirade is just to sit
there and say nothing. And I mean *nothing*. Give no
feedback/cues/etc. After a while they tend to get bored and shut up.
Then start the consultation all over again.
Shouting and giving verbal abuse back will only make the situation
worse.
