Ditch em
Letter to all residents on list, regret lack of agreement and
cooperation of staff renders it impossible to provide proper service
without jeopardising services to other patients.
Happy to continue to, or resume, services for any residents who find
themselves living elsewhere in the practice area.
To make it easier for them to register with other doctors, HA will
receive notice to remove from list tomorrow.
Many excellent doctors nearby, sure they will be able to make
arrangements, in case of difficulty contact HA.
Regards, once again, sorry that arrangements could not continue,
good luck and best wishes.
- the relationship with the patient('s proxy) has broken down, I
would think unretrievably.
