Yep. PCG/PCTs will hit traditionnel GPs in the solar plexus. They simply will
have no option but to change or leave stage right moaning.

100% or instant parity is still on the same *side* of the argument . Your
"development cost" argument is a screen for old fashioned greed and
manipulation.
Anyway Rob this will be a sterile argument soon as the PCG corporation will
have a sliding scale based on years service, for its salaried gps, which
will encourage a much freer movement of the gp workforce
