Did anyone read the headlines in the comics?
"GPs to be paid on consultation rates"
What I want to know is - should I be getting people back for more but
shorter consultations, so enhancing my Activity rates at great
inconvenience to all concerned. Or are we supposed to be going for quality
time and lower rates. I'm not the sort of guy who, on hearing the phrase
"I've come with a few problems Doc", replies " well you'll have to make a
few appointments then (and on separate days if you don't mind)". Perhaps I
should..... :-)
So - does anyone know what they mean, and why they think it might be good
idea.
Or are we doomed to playing games with numbers once again. :-(
