1. It will soon not be easily preventable by suppressing CLI
2. There is a ray of sunshine, in that a service is becoming available
which allows the user to instruct the exchange to refuse further calls from
a specific number.
The implications of this for a registered patient of course are interesting,
but for unregistered loonies a combination of this, and a complaint to the
Police and monitoring of calls by the Telco offer solutions.
BTDT and still have my name in the book, and not needed to tell people a new
