Just to add a lurker's penn'orth: recently I saw a youngish consultant for the
first time about goings on in one of my multiple delinquent systems and
provided him with a typed-out chronological summary/history of the
problem/system by date/duration. When he wrote later back to my GP he got half
the history backasswards. Nice chap but evidently partially dyslexic.
