No, it does not often alter management but now it literally takes 5
second I happily do it. Also I think many parents 'expect' it and find
our disinterest in temps difficult to understand. Therefore temp taken =
more thorough examination in parents view = more chance of persuading
parents of my suggested management.
It avoids the scenario "he hardly examined her. He didn't even take
her temperature"
