I think he would be in a distinct minority if he did! Surely Ros-AY-sha or
Ros-AY-ceea are the usual forms.
(I never suspected Ahmad of any kind of tendencies, let alone a hard C

learnt on my way through three schools, one university -- where we construed
in one pronounication in class and prayed in another in chapel -- and one
