As a "Dempon" consumer I would like to chip in with my experience.
When I first subscribed 2.5 years ago, The connections were unreliable
and failed almost as often as not. That improved about 2 years ago and
only recently have there been any repeats of the failures to connect.
These remain rare.
On the few occasions I have rung the telephone helpdesk, I have had no
greater cause for compaint than "music on hold".
I chose e-mail the helpdesk twice over a month ago and have not yet had
a single reply.
On balance, the service has some shorcomings but is generally good.
