probably as effective re. health promotion :-)
Specifics:
If you will be using a desktop PC then get a graphics card with a TV
output-e.g. an 'ATI expert at play' card which has a composite output on a
single (yellow) phono connector. Then plug into a TV with a composite input
also on a single yellow phono connector, or into a scart with a phono-scart
converter plug.
