OK, no more bleating, apologies for being a miserable old g.. in this
season of cheerfulness and goodwill ...
I have enjoyed today!
No, not been on the golfcourse (or on the bottle) - just lots of
patients and some challenging medicine.
Can anyone tell me about machinery murmurs in 27 yr old men?
Or any ideas on gross pitting oedema to mid abdomen in a reasonably well
diabetic 85 yr old developing over 2-3 days with no basal creps?
I've worked out the urticaria in the 48 year old which occurs in the
first 2 weeks of her hrt only - since I put her up from Femoston 1/10 to
2/10 ...at least I think I have.
It breaks up the seasonal loading of depression anyway.
