I never phone them - but I have noticed some connection difficulties -
loads of engaged tones and even the occasional line drop.
I have always rated Demon - and been able to boast that I have not had
the hassles other people have had with their ISPs - but now I am not so
sure.
I wonder if something is happening at Demon since they were taken over
(is it Scottish Telecom or someone) - would stand to reason I guess -
the private cos. are better at most things......
