Trent re-imburses 100% first year, but drops to 50% (I think) in subsequent
years.
I feel that IOS links pays for itself in saved staff time and non-missed
claims, but not sure about registration links. We will be carefully
considering our position next year.

Subject: links-again!
Rotherham HAs have unilaterally (ie no consultation) withdrawn 100%
reimbursement for registration and IOS links, claiming that the SFA's
have been changed and the district auditor has instructed them to
change policy. They also claim that other HAs in Trent and
surrondings do not reimburse at 100%.
1. Have the SFAs changed?
2. Who is no longer getting 100% reimbursement?
3. Suggestions for action?
4. Is it reasonable action for the HA to take even if the SFAs do not
limit their actions?
