Good rep: one who does not talk about products and talks about
themselves and tell me why they decided to be a rep having just
finished a degree course in engineering or advanced chemistry or
whatever.
Bad rep: one who talks about products, *especially* off of the glossy
folders
Ideal rep: an e-rep.

(one of the very few reps I saw regularly was a tired old man who used
to come in, says "product x is good, please use it" then immediately we
move on to coffee and life. He was a good rep because I remembered him
and his product!)
