Happy thanksgiving to all.

How can I add or remove elements from an ABAQUS model. Can I
implement the procedure like ANSYS birth/death of elements. I
need some light on this topic. Currently I am able to delete the
elements in the post process using *elset, elset=ok,v=mises,lt= a
value, this criteria. But is it possible to automate this. Once I
delete the elements like this, how can I take the distorted geometry
for my final run? Thanks in anticipation.

I can also use the *model change to add or remove elements. But I
want to remove elements based on a non-stefan boundary condition.
Which user subroutine should I handle?

Kaiser
