Subject: Do you have any students who would like
to speak at a BCS OOPS meeting?
Each year one of the BCS OOPS evening meetings is on Current
Trends in Research. This year's meeting will be at 6:30 pm
on Wednesday 4th November 1998 at IBM South Bank (near Waterloo
Station, London).
This meeting will follow the same format successfully pioneered in
our July 1995 and November 1996 and 1997 meetings. It will consist of
two or three short talks by postgraduate research students and
others undertaking new and exciting work in the field of object
technology.
I am about to put together the programme for the meeting so if you
have a postgraduate student who would like to give a 30 minute
presentation (20 minutes talking, 10 minutes questions) on their work
in the field of Object Technology please let me know ASAP so that I
can include them
Jane
