I keep coming across this and would love to know the original source - it
was included in an American political thriller of the "Patriot Games" type
(name escapes me) and recently in an episode of "Babylon Five". Is your
Glasgow lecturer doing scripts on the side, or paying to have his gag
inserted, or is there a common source? It's undoubtedly true... RC
