I should very much like to hear this too -- those of us who believe, or
claimed to recently, that there's no reason why x SHOULDN'T BE better than
X, perhaps you'd cough up what you might mean by this, and answer
Anthony's challenge specifically?
-- The free-floating, protected argument for a -possible- total
indeterminateness of values in commodities seems to me to be, in fact,
merely the argued -impossibility- of determinateness: this is not the same
thing. It's an age-old and never disputed truism, described as if under
attack just so that new permutations of its fortitude can be visibly
recommended, with (of course) a default moral wage to the defender. I
think we should have a little more modesty.
