I'd second Randolph's welcome of Shearsman 36, and
outstandingly Martin's" Four Poems"and especially that grainy paper
which always makes me want to read on. Is this a figure/ground thing?
A useful "Books Received" section as well. Good to see, for instance
a nice write-up for Craig Watson's "Reason" (Zasterle Press) which I
found compulsive reading, and which contains passages I really envy:
as nature becomes transparent, it yields description, the
materials of construction, an enclosure, where the conditional
fractures itself in a sculpture of continuous momentary finities
