They *are official, but they aren't freebies. It is British tax money given
out as someone else's freebies. Where I tend to see financial corruption, I
think, on reflection, that Doug's charge of ignorance is probably accurate.
That's just another kind of corruption. Well, if we *are challenging society
then we need to challenge that too.
