. . . and there was me, just coming to quite an opposite conclusion: that
because of the very lack of conventional 'poetic' markers in the prose
poem, technique needed to be all the more wary and effective, and the
form/content split was therefore even less plausible than usual. Anybody
else feel the Illuminations are more THINGY, by virtue of their prose
medium?
