Just a note. According to Robt. Thomson, "Development of the Broadside
Ballad Trade and Its INfluence upon the Transmission of English Folksongs"
(diss. Cambridge U, 1974), p.161, Samuel Hazard was publishing in Bath
c.1790-1806.
