Biostatistician - Dept. of Community Medicine, University of Cambridge
We are seeking to appoint a full-time biostatistician to a 2 year project
investigating the interaction between environmental and genetic factors and
insulin resistance in a well characterised population-based cohort study.
This project offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a rapidly
evolving field. The successful candidtae will work in the Department of
Community Medicine at the University of Cambridge in close liaison with the
MRC Biostatistics Unit. Ideally applicants will already hold an MSc or PhD
in statistics. Experience in statistical genetics and/or epidemiology
would be an advantage. However, applications from less experienced
researchers are also welcome. The salary will be £15,159 - 21,016
depending upon age and experience. Applications to include a covering
