Hi there,
I feel like a bit of a schmuck asking this, however I am not a
"stats-man." I am not sure which ANOVA model to use for the following experiment:
Basic design:
Subjects were randomly allocated to receive one of two musical mood
induction procedures (i.e., positive induction vs. negative
induction). Prior to induction mood was assessed (time 1 score).
Post-induction mood was then assessed (time 2 score) and a final mood
score was taken upon departure (final score time 3).
Basically the experimental design is as follows:
Positive induction:
T1, T2, T3
Negative induction:
T1, T2, T3
Which ANOVA model do I use? How do I determine simple/main effects?
Which post-hoc tests can I use?
Thank you for your consideration concerning this matter,
Richard
