SCHOOL OF HEALTH POLICY AND PRACTICE
UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA, NORWICH
LECTURER IN MEDICAL/BIOSTATISTICS
Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer available
for three years in the first instance in this developing
multidisciplinary School of over 30 staff (including
epidemiologists, social and behavioural scientists, health
economists and health professionals). The successful
appicant will play a key role in developing biostatistics
within the School. He/she will be involed in the design,
analysis and publication of research, including clinical
trials, quasi experimental evaluations, aetiological
epidemiology and systematic reviews. There is an existing
supporting expertise in multilevel modelling. Suitable
applicants are likely to have a PhD and either postdoctoral
experience in biostatistics or possibly an MSc in medical
statistics.
Salary will be on the Lecturer B scale (£22332 to £28545
per annum
It is anticipated that interviews will be held in mid July.
