At UEL we issue each student with printout (Confirmation of
Enrolment form) after they have enrolled and request that they
verify the accuracy of the data. This is signed in the presence of
the enrolment clerk. The reverse of the form contains the Terms of
Admission, and the front states clearly that it is the student's
responsibility to notify us of any changes.
When registering for units (which is done within the teaching
department and separate from enrolment) the student retains a copy
of the agreed form.
Hope this helps.

Thank you to the few who replied - most helpful (although
not the answer we were hoping for).
In case anyone else would like to offer info, my
question was whether or not you gave students a copy of
their registration document after they have signed it at
the start of each session.
Northumbria, Derby and St Andrews all do - thanks for your
helpful replies.
