I must have missed the initial request.
At Bournemouth University we moved away from using multi-part stationary
about three years ago. Since then the single copy Enrolment Form is kept by
the School in the Student's File after information is keyed in the Student
Records System by Registry, and the students don't keep a copy anymore.
