Dear All
I had read the ACL & Regulations as meaning that only fees for students on
programmes which commenced after the four dates would be covered by
Regulation 24 (4). However, I now think I was wrong and that we can
differentiate between the College academic year and an individual student's
academic year.
Hopefully the next ACL will make all clear.
