Does anyone have experience with HP's Chemstation for complex HPLC
separations?
We are using an HP1100 series HPLC coupled to a Pickering ninhydrin
post-column reaction system to quantify amino acids. The software is HP
Chemstation V5. The separation/derivatisation system runs very well but
Chemstation's handling of 40+ compounds from an ion exchange column is less
than desirable. Does anyone have experience with a similar system and/or
Chemstation?
