OK, OK, Look Steve if you're qoing to quote me, do so correctly. I never
said "only firms" or even "any firm." My point was that criminal activity,
whether by a corporate entity or individual should be treated as criminal. I
do not believe that corporate pollution should be treated as an exercise in
economics. If it is individuals within those corporations, fine, deal with
them; if it is corporate policy, deal with the corporation. And, I never
said, or even implied that I want "all" firms to be shut down, unless you
are saying "all" firms pollute?
