TerraPoint is a limited liability partnership between Transamerica
subsidiary, Transamerica Real Estate Information Companies, and the
Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC). Combining the speculative
mapping and  "for hire" projectwork of HARC with the data services and
analysis of Transamerica, TerraPoint seeks to fully leverage and market
the technological advantages of LIDAR.

LIDAR is a new technology developed jointly by NASA and HARC.  The
technology merges laser range finding, global positioning systems (GPS),
and mapping software into a miniaturized package that can be
mounted in a light aircraft.  LIDAR is similar to radar, but LIDAR
relies on laser technology rather than microwaves.

Currently TerraPoint is seeking a NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR who will be
responsible for chartering new territory, as well as developing and
implementing a business plan to aggressively drive the sales and
marketing effort.  Selling LIDAR technology in the topographic data
market, chosen candidate will offer licensed proprietary speculative
mapping prepared by Countrywide data sets and for hire project
services.  In addition, selected individual will accomplish marketing
distribution channels through direct sales of licenses and indirect
sales of project work and value added services.  Selected candidate must
be a proven sales performer in Geographical Information Systems,
Topography or Telecommunications with excellent industry contacts in the
previously mentioned areas.
