Just to nail this down...a publication of between 60-100pp, right?
Timescale...next year? Who looks after the kitty? Who gets to choose the
poetry? What's the reason for choosing the poetry? What's the reason for
the project in the first place? Do we need to get together and publish
retrospectives of the long unheeded (as much as they might warrant it)?
Come to think of it, an email list is a lousy place to get such a venture
underway; inconclusiveness being one of the problems assoiciated with
email-lists. What might be an idea, is for someone - keston, say - to talk
to a _few_ people, see whats on the list - to come up with a plan, which
the prospective money donors can look at, see who's willing to hand over
some dosh, then start publishing or whatever.
